Hey! I am so happy that you are here. Welcome.

My name is Nicki Kirchmayer. I am an Empowerment and Leadership Coach. I empower and guide women to say YES to themselves, so they can lead a life they love.

If you are here it is most likely because you are an exhausted leader who has been putting everyone else first, you are tired + overwhelmed, you constantly feel like you’re pleasing everyone but yourself. You are on the edge of burnout if you aren’t already there.

I get it. I hear you, loud and clear. I struggled with people pleasing, I didn’t want to disappoint anyone. I didn’t want to fail, be a disappointment or have others looking down on me. I was always saying yes even when I really wanted to say no. I was constantly putting others or my work before my own needs. I was exhausted all the time and when I thought I was resting I was still in my head about everyone and everything else, that constant to do list.

I learned to start setting boundaries for myself and my time. I learned that saying no to what didn’t serve me, allows me to show up as the best version of myself. I learned to incorporate self care in a way that works for ME.

In 2020 I hired a coach, we worked together for 15 months. I loved the methodology and tools she used so much that I decided to take the leap and invest in myself even more. That fall I took the Mastery for Coaches program with Alyssa Nobriga. Throughout 2020 + 2021 I also did training with Melanie Anne Layer. In 2022, I invested in one of the most transformational courses I have ever taken. The Institute for Coaching Mastery Certification program with Alyssa Nobriga.

Along this journey, I have been able to help 60+ people with their limiting beliefs around things like: people pleasing, fear of failure, self worth, worries about what others may think, etc. I help people come home to themselves, to own who the fuck they truly are and what works for THEM. All while standing in their power.I have helped my clients come home to their true self, to their integrity and in alignment with their values.

It has become my mission to help leaders take their power back.

The clarity session I did with Nicki was really helpful. I went in not sure what I really wanted out of it and ended up really feeling better by the end.
